When you purchase your rug(s) with us, you have 10 days from the day you receive your rugs to decide whether or not they work for your designated room(s). If you wish to return your rug(s), you can do so by calling us at 1-519-668-7626 from Monday to Saturday between 11AM – 6PM (EST) to obtain instructions for your return. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (24/7) and we’ll email you the instructions for your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be wrapped back in the original packaging. Rug underpads cannot be returned once the original packaging is removed. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be returned for in-store credits.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as you will be responsible for the safe delivery of your returned item to our location. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
